Vadula Consultancy Services (VCS WEALTH) is seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales and expansion in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore. As a key member of our Client team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.
  • Identify potential clients and businesses through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our client services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented individual with a drive to succeed and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Tamil or Kannada) and English is required.
