Telesales Executive

Vadula Consultancy Services (VCS WEALTH) is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Client team as Telesales Executives. This is a remote position, open to candidates from all over Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our Client services and solutions.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to drive interest and generate sales leads.
• Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language (Tamil or Kannada).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
