Cancellation Policy

VCS WEALTH offers a cancellation policy within 12 hour of a service request being placed for a full refund, with a deduction of up to 5% of charges if paid using Razorpay or any other payment gateway(s) provided by Vadula Consultancy Services. After that period we will not accept any cancellation requests. If canceled 100% fee will be charged.

Cancellation attracts up to 3-5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. This is because most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order is canceled and refunded. Due to the nature of the services we provide, we cannot offer service cancellation after 12 hours. VCS WEALTH reserves all rights to take the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests.

Payment methods that attract 5% charges:

  • UPI or Netbanking (-2%)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (-2%)
  • International Debit Card. (-5%)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vcswealth.com. service fees Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
